Welcome to the Sausage Shop

Our home county of Norfolk is a fantastic part of the UK & home to some of the best pig farmers in the country producing some of the best pork in the world.

We use only the best ingredients

Here at the Sausage Shop we use only the best ingredients. All of our Sausages are made using locally sourced meats & the finest natural ingredients, no additives, colourings or flavour enhancers. The best cuts of meat are mixed with a blend of natural spices to traditional family recipes that date back over 60 years.

Gluten Free & Healthy Eating

Many of our recipes are Gluten Free. Lots of people these days are being diagnosed as wheat intolerant & most find digestion much easier when eating real foods, not foods full of fillers & bread crumb i.e wheat flour. That is why we prefer not to use them. Instead we use a blend of pea husk which not only makes the sausages allergen free but high in protein & easy on the stomach.

Low Salt

We have very low salt levels in all our sausages only 1.25g per 100g serving. Our new Norfolk Pure Pork sausages are ultra low, only 0.75g per sausage.

No synthetic skins in here!

Sausages made the traditional way. We don't use collagen or synthetic casings, only 100% natural pig gut sausage skins are good enough for our sausages.

Pickering's of Norwich are 3rd generation butchers trading & manufacturing meat products for over 60 years.

We pride ourselves on quality produce using the finest ingredients to traditional Old English methods.

We aim to complete your order as quickly as possible. Once dispatched your order will be delivered next day.

All of our products are made fresh to order & will arrive in an insulated & chilled box. We will email once your order is processed with delivery details.
